About our shipments
Shipping:
Wax Discounter delivers your order throughout the Netherlands and Europe. Shipping will take place within 1-3 working days after receipt of your payment, however we aim to do this within 24 hours. if the item is in stock. Shipping costs depend on location and weight and will be shown before checkout.
When the amount falls below € 75, we use the PostNL rates. Packaging costs and administration costs are not charged.
Above € 75, shipping is free in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 (calendar) days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs within 14 days, provided you return the items in good condition. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging within 14 days after registration of the return. To exercise this right, please contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return.
Return shipments are at the buyer's risk. This means that Wax Discounter is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. Therefore always ask for a tracking code at the postal agency and keep it safe.
Return exceptions:
Opened packaging will not be taken back, unless Wax Discounter has given permission for this.
